The Council of Ministers,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution; and
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 34/2022 on the Regulation of Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Professions;
And acting upon the proposal of the Minister of Justice, and the approval of the Cabinet,
Hereby decided the following:
Chapter 1 - General Provisions
Article 1 - Definitions
The definitions mentioned in Federal Decree-Law No. 34/2022 on the Regulation of Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Professions shall apply to this Decision. Otherwise, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned against each, unless the context requires otherwise:
Decree-Law: Federal Decree-Law No. 34/2022 on the Regulation of Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Professions.
Institute: The judicial training institute reporting to the Ministry of Justice.
