The Council of Ministers,
After perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1991 on the Emirates Telecommunication Corporation; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Transport, and the approval of the Council of Ministers,
Has decided the following:
Article 1
The compensation for the damages affecting the service lines of the Emirates Telecommunication Corporation shall be paid according to the table annexed to this Decision.
Article 2
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the date of its publication.
