Cabinet Decision No. 83/2025 On the Fees for the Services Provided by Virtual Asset Service Providers
The Council of Ministers
After perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 On the Competences of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 4/2000 on the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority and Market, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 26/2019 On Public Finance, and its amendments;
Cabinet Decision No. 111/2022 on the Regulation of Virtual Assets and the Providers of their Services; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, and the approval of the Council of Ministers,
Hereby issues the following decision:
Article 1 - Service Fees
1- The Securities and Commodities Authority shall collect, in consideration for the service of registering Virtual Asset Service Providers licensed by the local licensing authority and as specified in the table below, the fee indicated opposite each service.
