Cabinet Decision No. 83/2021 On the Approval of the List of Terrorist Persons and Organisations
The Cabinet
Having reviewed:
The Constitution;
Federal Law No. 7/2014 on Combating Terrorist Crimes;
Cabinet Decision No. 47/2020 on the System of Terrorist Lists and the Implementation of Security Council Resolutions related to the Prevention and Suppression of Terrorism and its Financing, and Stopping Proliferation of Arms and its Financing, and related resolutions; and
Based on the proposal of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Presidential Affairs, and the approval of the Cabinet;
Has decided as follows:
Article 1
The Lists of Terrorist Persons and Organizations Nos. (1) and (2), attached to this Resolution, are hereby approved.
Article 2
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall come into force on 13/9/2021.
