The Cabinet,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies and Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 37/2021 on the Commercial Register;
Federal Decree-Law No. 25/2022 on the Industry Regulation and Development;
Cabinet Decision No. 107/2022 promulgating the Implementing Regulation of Federal
Federal Decree-Law No. 37/2021 on the Commercial Register;
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and its approval by the Cabinet,
Has decided:
Article 1 - Definitions
In implementation of the provisions of this Decision, the terms and expressions contained therein shall have the same meaning stipulated in Article (1) of aforementioned Federal Decree-Law No. 25/2022, and the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings indicated beside each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
Industrial Production Permit: A document issued by the Ministry for the purposes of granting the industrial establishment the privileges and exemptions specified by the Cabinet.
