The Cabinet:

Having reviewed:

The Constitution;

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, as amended;

The Civil Procedure Code promulgated by Federal Law No. 11/1992, as amended;

Federal Law No. 39/2006 on International Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters;

Cabinet Decision No. 57/2018 on the Regulations of Federal Law No. 11/1992 on the Civil Procedure Code, as amended; and

Based on the proposal of the Minister of Justice, and the approval of the Cabinet;

Has resolved as follows:

Article 1

The provisions of Articles Nos. (6), (7), (8), (17), (22), (24), (25), (27), (31), (33), (50), (54), (62), (64), (66), (72). (85), (110), (136), (137), (138) and (152) of Cabinet Decision No. 57/2018 on the Regulations of Federal Law No. 11/1992 on the Civil Procedure Code, shall be replaced by the following provisions:
