Cabinet Decision No. 72/2021 On the Local Content Programme
The Cabinet,
After perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the competencies of the Ministries and powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 2/2015 on the commercial companies, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 14/2016 on the violations and administrative penalties in the Federal Government;
Federal Law No. 20/2020 on the Standardisation and Metrology;
Cabinet Decision No. 4/2019 on the Procurement and Warehouse Management Regulation in the Federal Government, and its amendments; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and the approval of the Cabinet;
Has decided:
Article 1
The Local Content Programme annexed to the present Decision shall be approved.
Article 2
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the date following its date of publication.
