Subject: Lease Policy in the Federal Government

With reference to the Ministry of Finance Memorandum No. (2024/27) dated 2024/02/06 on the above subject.

Kindly be informed that the Cabinet, in its session held on 10/06/2024, approved the lease policy in the federal government as stipulated in the above-mentioned memorandum, replacing the policy and procedures guidelines for leasing federal government buildings and properties issued by Cabinet Decision No. 7/186/205 and Cabinet Decision No. 24/24/2015, and assigned the Ministry of Finance to complete the necessary procedures in this regard.
