The Cabinet:
Having reviewed the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and Authorities of Ministers as amended;
Federal Decree Law No. 4/2016 on the Medical Liability;
Federal Law No. 5/2019 Concerning the Regulation of Practice of Human Medicine Profession;
Cabinet Decision No. 7/2007 on the Health Announcements Law;
Cabinet Decision No. 16/2012 on the Law of Citizen's Internship Year at Health Facilities of the Ministry of Health;
Cabinet Decision No. 9/2017 on the Training of Graduates of School of Medicine and Non-physician and Non-pharmacist Graduates of School of Medical Professions;
Cabinet Decision No. 20/2017 Approving the Uniform Standards of Licensing the Practitioners of Health Professions at the State Level, as amended; and
Cabinet Decision No. 40/2019 on the Executive Regulation of the Federal Decree Law No. 4/2016 on the Medical Liability;
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Health and Prevention and the Cabinet approval;
