Cabinet Decision No. 5/2015 On the Fees of the Services Offered by Visa Centres at the State Missions Abroad
- The Cabinet,
- After perusal of the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amending laws,
- Federal Law No. 6/1973 concerning the entry and residence of foreigners and its amendments,
- Federal Law No. 45/1992 on the regulation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its amendments,
- Federal Law No. 1/2011 on the general revenues of the UAE,
- Upon the approval of the Cabinet,
Has decided:
Article 1 - Definitions
In application of the provisions of this Law, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned against each, unless the context stipulates otherwise:
The State: United Arab Emirates
Missions: State Embassies and Consulates abroad.
Article 2 - Fee of the service
A fee amounting to AED 250.00 two hundred fifty Dirhams shall be collected for the services provided by Visa Centres at the State Missions.
