Cabinet Decision No. 57/2024 On the Violations and Administrative Penalties for Actions That Occur in Breach of the Provisions of Cabinet Decision No. 56/2024 on Regulating Telemarketing Via Telephone Calls
The Council of Ministers,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competences of the Ministries and the Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 14/2016 on the Violations and Administrative Penalties at the Federal Government;
Federal Decree-Law No. 14/2018 on the Central Bank and the regulation of the financial facilities and activities, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 48/2023 on the Regulation of Insurance activities;
Cabinet Decision No. 56/2024 on regulating telemarketing via telephone calls; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, and the approval by the Cabinet,
Hereby decides as follows:
Article 1 - Definitions
In applying the provisions of this decision, the definitions contained in Cabinet Decision No. 56/2024 on regulating telemarketing via telephone calls shall be applied, unless the context requires otherwise.
