The Cabinet,
After perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the competencies of the Ministries and powers of the Ministers and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 1/2011 on the general revenues of the UAE;
Federal Law No. 2/2008 on the national societies and associations of Public Welfare;
Cabinet Decision No. 38/2013 on the fees of the services provided by the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet thereon;
Has decided:
Article 1 - Definitions
In implementation of the provisions of the present Decision, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned thereto unless the context requires otherwise:
State: The United Arab Emirates.
Ministry: The Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development.
Minister: The Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development.
