Cabinet Decision No. 4/2025 On the Fees for Medical Tests for Expatriates Entering the State for Work or Residence and Occupational Health Tests Provided by Healthcare Facilities Affiliated with Emirates Health Services Corporation
Abrogating
Article 10 of Cabinet Decision No. 7/2008 dated 04/02/2008
The Council of Ministers,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Decree-Law No. 16/2016 on the Incorporation of Emirates Health Services Corporation;
Federal Decree-Law No. 26/2019 on the Public Finance, and its amendments;
Cabinet Decision No. 7/2008 on the Regulation of the Medical Fitness Screening Test for Nationals Entering the State for Residence or Work Permit, and its amendments; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, and the approval of the Cabinet;
Has decided the following:
Article 1 - Definitions
In application of the provisions of this Decision, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: The United Arab Emirates.
Corporation: Emirates Health Services Corporation.
Medical Examinations for Expatriates: Mandatory medical examinations conducted for Expatriates to ensure they are free from diseases that pose a risk to public health.
