Cabinet Decision No. 45/2017 On the Approval of the List of Terrorist Persons and Organisations

The Cabinet,

Having perused the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 7/2014 on Combating Terrorism Offences;

Cabinet Decision No. 35/2014 on the Regulation of terrorism lists, and its amendments;

And according to the suggestion of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs and the approval of the Council of Ministers;

Decided:

Article 1

The list of terrorist persons and organisations enclosed to this Decision shall be approved.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of issuance thereof and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
