Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 29/2021 Concerning the Entry and Residence of Foreigners,
Federal Decree-Law No. 30/2021 on Fighting Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 38/2022 on the promulgation of the Criminal Procedure Law, and its amendments; and
