Federal Decree-Law No. 38/2024 On Medical Products, the Profession of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Facilities;

Cabinet Decision No. 7/2007 On the Health Advertisements Regulation, and its amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 44/2016 On the Fees for Certain Services Provided by the Ministry of Health and Prevention, and its amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 30/2021 On the Fees for the Services Provided by the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment; and

Cabinet Decision No. 77/2023 On the Fees for Using the Electronic Platform to Monitor and Track Pharmaceutical Products; and

Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, and the approval by the Council of Ministers;
