The Council of Ministers,
After perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the competencies of the Ministries and powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 4/2016 on medical responsibility;
Cabinet Decision No. 33/2009 on the Implementing Regulation of Federal Law No. (10) of 2008 on medical responsibility;
Cabinet Decision No. 6/2012 on the Higher Committee for Medical Responsibility; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Health and Prevention, and the approval of the Cabinet;
Has decided the following:
Article 1
The definitions occurring in above-mentioned Federal Decree-Law No. 4/2016 shall apply for this Decision, and apart from that, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned thereto unless the context requires otherwise:
Committee: The Committee for Medical Responsibility stipulated in the Decree-Law.
Higher Committee: The Higher Committee for Medical Responsibility.
Decree-Law: Federal Decree-Law No. 4/2016 on medical responsibility.
