The Cabinet:

Having reviewed the Constitution;

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and Authorities of Ministers as amended;

Federal Law No. 11/1992 Issuing the Civil Procedure Law as amended; and

Cabinet Decision No. 57/2018 on the Regulations of the Federal Law No. 11/1992 on the Civil Procedure Act;

Based on the proposition of the Minister of Justice and approval of the Cabinet;

The following is resolved:

Article 1

Articles Nos. (2), (3), (6), (7), (8), (14), (17), (19), (22), (23), (25), (26), (28), (31), (33), (37), (46), (48), (49), (50), (51), (60), (62), (63), (64), (65), (66), (71), (72), (96), (98), (105), (114), (152), (160), (163), (166), (184) and (188) of Resolution of the Cabinet No. (57) of 2018 on the Regulations of the Federal Law No. (11) of 1992 on the Civil Procedure Law shall be replaced by the following provisions:
