Cabinet Decision No. 31/2013 On the Fees of the Regulation of Hajj and Umrah Contracting Works

The Cabinet,

After perusal of the constitution;

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 29/1999 on the Establishment of the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 1/2011 on the General Revenues of the UAE;

Federal Decree-Law No. 8/2011 on the Rules of Preparation of the General Budget and Balance Sheet;

Cabinet Decision No. 2/1998 on the Management of Hajj and Umra;

Cabinet Decision No. 6/2000 on the Fees of Practicing the Hajj and Umrah Contacting and its amendments, and

Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet thereon:

Issued the following Decision:

Article 1

The fees for the services offered by the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments concerning the regulation of Hajj and Umrah contract works shall be collected as follows:
