Cabinet Decision No. 28/2017 On the Adoption of the List of Terrorist Individuals and Organisations
The Cabinet,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 7/2014 on Combating Terrorism Offences;
Cabinet Decision No. 35/2014 on the Regulation of Terrorism Lists;
Based on the proposal of the Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Presidency Affairs, and the Cabinet approval,
Has decided:
Article 1
The list of terrorist individuals and organisations attached hereto shall be adopted.
Article 2
The present Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of the date of its issuance notwithstanding the abovementioned Cabinet Decision No. 35/2014.
