Cabinet Decision No. 24/2018 On Approving the List of Terrorists and Terrorism Organizations

The Council of Ministers,

After perusal of the Constitution;

Federal Law No. 7/2014 on Combating Terrorism Offences;

Cabinet Decision No. 35/2014 on the Regulation of Terrorism Lists and its amendments; and

Based on the proposal of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Presidential Affairs, and the approval of the Council of Ministers;

Has decided the following:

Article 1

The List of terrorist individuals and organisations attached to the present Decision shall be adopted.

The present Decision shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
