National Security Advisor Decision No. 15/2019
The Cabinet,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 22/2018 on the National Centre for Early Inquiry, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 14/2021 on the Establishment of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security;
Decision of the National Security Advisor No. 15/2019 on the Implementing Regulation of Federal Decree-Law No. 22/2018 on the National Centre for Early Inquiry;
And based on the proposal of the Chairman of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Ports Security, and the approval of the Cabinet,
Has decided the following:
Article 1 - Definitions
The definitions contained in Federal Law No. 22/2018 referred to in this Decision shall apply to the present Decision. Otherwise, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned thereto, unless the context requires otherwise:
