Cabinet Decision No. 20/2021 Concerning the Technical Regulation for the Requirements of Fire Self-suppression System for Bus Engine Compartments
The Cabinet,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution,
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 20/2020 on Standardization and Metrology; and
Based on what was presented by the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and the approval of the Cabinet,
Issued the following Decision:
Article 1
The Technical Regulation for the Requirements of Fire Self-Suppression Systems for Bus Engine Compartments, whose numbers and addresses are indicated in the Table attached to this Decision shall be approved, and shall be mandatorily applicable in the State.
Article 2
The authorities concerned with the implementation of the present Decision shall regularise their statuses in accordance with its provisions within 365 days from the date of its enforcement.
Article 3
The present Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall come into force on the day following the date of its publication.
