The Council of Ministers,

After perusal of the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments,

Federal Law No. 7/1975 on the Practice of the Human Medicine Profession, and its amendments,

Federal Law No. 5/1984 on the Practice of some Health Professions by non-Doctors and non Pharmacists, and its amendments,

Cabinet Decision No. 11/1974 on the Regulation of Hiring Foreign Physicians working at the Ministry of Health and Prevention, and its amendments,

Clause 14 of Ministerial Decision No. 70/2024 dated 19/04/2024 reads as follows:"Master in Surgery at tier 3 medical specialties" from Pakistan shall be appended to the mandated qualifications for dental majors as listed in the table outlined in Clause 7 of Chapter 1 of the attached document;” thus, a mention is an order.

The tier of the Jordanian board, requiring a minimum study period of three years, has been revised to tier 2 of the table delineated in Clause 10 of Chapter 2, pursuant to Clause 23 of Article 1 of Ministerial Decision No. 70/2024 dated 19/04/2024, notwithstanding its omission in the aforementioned Clause 10.

Clause 36 of Ministerial Decision No. 70/2024 dated 19/04/2024 reads as follows:"The United Arab Emirates shall be included among the countries referenced in Article 18.14 of Chapter 6 of the aforementioned attached document. Moreover, it is mandated to waive the examination requirements for obtaining a certificate of eligibility for residence pharmacy practice in the UAE (EPREE), conducted within the United Arab Emirates, serving as an equivalent or exempt test for licensure as a pharmacist in the state.” It is noted that the title of Clause 18.14 pertains to the professions of forensic medicine. Thus, a mention is an order.

Clause 41 of Ministerial Decision No. 70/2024 dated 19/04/2024 reads as follows:"The designation 'Technician of Operations Chamber' shall be appended to the schedule outlined in Clause 16.15 of the aforementioned attached document. The requisite scientific qualifications shall include a bachelor’s degree in the specialized field and the provision of no less than two years of experience in the field subsequent to graduation. It is to be noted that Clause 16.15 is not extant." Thus, a mention is an order.
