Cabinet Decision No. 1/2025 On the Approval of the List of Terrorists and Terrorism Organisations
The Prime Minister,
After perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 7/2014 on Combating Terrorism Offences;
Cabinet Decision No. 74/2020 on the regulation of Terrorism Lists and the Implementation of the Security Council Resolutions on the Prevention and Suppression of Terrorism and its Financing and the Halting of Proliferation and its Financing, and the Relevant Resolutions; and
Based on the proposal of the Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Presidential Court, and the approval of the Council of Ministers,
Has decided the following:
Article 1
The two lists of terrorists and terrorism organisations annexed to this Decision shall be approved.
Article 2
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the date of its issuance.
