The Prime Minister,
Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Law No. 4/1972 on the Service of Employees in the United Arab Emirates; and
Based on the proposal of the Civil Service Council and the approval of the Cabinet,
Has issued the following Decision:
Article 1
Every employee or servant shall receive a remuneration for the overtime works performed outside official working hours, under the following conditions:
1- The basic monthly salary of the employee or servant shall not exceed 130 Bahraini Dinars*[2].
2- The overtime pay shall not exceed 30% of the basic salary of the employee or servant.
3- The number of overtime hours shall be counted after the employee or servant serves 40 working hours per week.
