Abrogates:

Cabinet Decision No. 61/2017 dated 28/12/2017

The Cabinet,

After perusal of the Constitution;

Federal Decree-Law No. 20/2022 on the Regulation of the Notary Public Profession;

Cabinet Decision No. 61/2017 on the Fees for Transactions conducted by the Notary Public and the Fees of Services provided to the Private Notary;

Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, and the approval by the Cabinet,

Has decided the following:

Article 1

In the implementation of the provisions of the present Decision, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned thereto, unless the context requires otherwise:

  • Ministry: The Ministry of Justice.

  • Profession: Notary public profession.

  • Office: The office licensed by the Ministry through which the private notary can practice the profession.

Article 2

1- The fees shown next to each of the transactions provided by the notary public and the services provided by the Ministry to the private notary, stated in the table attached to this Decision, shall be charged.
