Cabinet Decision No. 18/2022 On the Classification of Private Sector Establishments Subject to the Provisions of the Law Regulating Labour Relations
The Cabinet,
Having reviewed:
The Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
Federal Decree-Law No. 33/2021 Regulating Labor Relations, and its Executive Regulations;
Federal Decree-Law No. 27/2021 Establishing and Organizing the Emirati Cadres Competitiveness Council;
Cabinet Decision No. 26/2010 on the System for Classification of Establishments subject to the Law Regulating Labor Relations and the Bank Guarantees Stipulated Thereon, as amended;
Cabinet Decision No. 21/2020 on Service Fees and Fines in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation;
Cabinet Decision No. 52M/2W/2022 on the Policy of Manpower Planning through the Promotion of Cultural and Demographic Diversity in the Labor Market of the Country; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and the approval of the Cabinet;
Has decided as follows:
Article 1 - Establishment Classification Categories
The establishments subject to the provisions of the aforementioned Federal Decree-Law No. 33/2021 are classified into three categories:
