Cabinet Decision No. 18/2017 On the Approval of the List of Terrorist Individuals and Organisations
The Cabinet,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 7/2014 on Combating Terrorism Offences;
Cabinet Decision No. 35/2014 on the Regulation of terrorism lists;
And according to the suggestion of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs and the approval of the Council of Ministers;
Decided:
Article 1
The list of terrorist persons and organisations enclosed to this Decision shall be approved.
Article 2
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into effect from the date of issuance thereof, as an exception of the above-mentioned Cabinet Decision No. 35/2014.
