The Cabinet,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the competences of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 14/2016 on the violations and administrative fines at the Federal Government;
Federal Law No. 10/2018 concerning Product Safety and its Implementing Regulation;
Federal Decree-Law No. 20/2020 on Standardisation and Metrology;
Federal Decree-Law No. 32/2021 on Commercial Companies;
Federal Decree-Law No. 25/2022 concerning industry regulation and development;
Cabinet Decision No. 10/2014 concerning the UAE Regulation for Control on Halal Products;
Cabinet Decision No. 35/2015 on the Emirate Scheme for the Control of Conformity Assessment Bodies;
Cabinet Decision No. 25/2017 on the “Made in the Emirates” mark and its amendments;
Cabinet Decision No. 13/2021 concerning the fees for services provided by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, and its amendments;
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and its approval by the Council of Ministers,
Has decided the following:
