Having perused the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amending laws;

Federal Law No. 51/2006 on Combating Human Trafficking;

The Cabinet Decision no. (78/2) of 2000 on the Approval to form the National Committee to Combat Human Trafficking;

And according to the suggestion of the Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, and the approval of the Cabinet,
