Cabinet Decision No. 15/2001 Concerning the Table of Compensation for the Damages Caused to the Cables, Materials or Military Devices Related to the Fiber Optic Network of the Armed Forces

The Cabinet;
Having perused the Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amending laws;
The Federal Law No. 5/2001 on the Fiber Optic Network of the Armed Forces, and
According to the suggestion of the Minister of Defence and the approval of the Cabinet,
Decided the following:
Article 1
Compensation for the damages occurring to the cables, materials, or military devices related to the fiber optic network of the armed forces from cutting, scratching, stripping or any act which may damage or impair the benefit of the same in the required manner shall be according to the following Table:
