Federal Law No. 14/2016 Regarding the Administrative Violations and Penalties in the Federal Government;

Federal Decree-Law No. 26/2019 Regarding Public Finance;

Cabinet Decision No. 11/2014 Regarding the Fees for Services Provided by Ministry of Community Development;

Cabinet Decision No. 3/2015 Regarding Non-Governmental Family Counseling Centers;

Cabinet Decision No. 54/2020 Regarding Non-Governmental Institutions for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities People of Determination); and

Upon the proposal submitted by the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet;

Hereby resolves as follows:
