Cabinet Decision No. 140/2024 On Misdemeanour and Felony Offences Involving Moral Turpitude or Dishonesty Related to Judicial Rehabilitation

The Council of Ministers,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution;

Federal Law No. 5/2022 on Rehabilitation;

And acting upon the proposal of the Minister of Interior, and the approval by the Council of Ministers;

Hereby decided the following:

Article 1

The misdemeanour and felony crimes involving moral turpitude or dishonesty, as relevant to judicial rehabilitation, as set forth in the attached schedules numbered (1) to (28), are hereby approved.

Article 2

The attached schedules shall come into force as follows:

  1. Schedules numbered (1) to (3) shall take effect as of December 7, 2023.

  2. Schedules numbered (4) to (28) shall take effect as of September 2, 2024.

Article 3

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and the competent entities shall implement it.
