Cabinet Decision No. 13/2022 On the Approval of the List of Terrorist Individuals and Organisations
The Council of Ministers,
After perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 7/2014 on combating terrorist crimes;
Cabinet Decision No. 47/2020 on the regulation of terrorism lists and the implementation of the decisions of the Security Council concerning the prevention and suppression of terrorism and its financing, and the prevention of the spread of armament and its financing, and the relevant decisions; and
Based on the proposal of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Presidency Affairs - and the approval of the Council of Ministers;
Has decided the following:
Article 1
Both lists of terrorist individuals and organisations annexed to this Decision shall be approved.
Article 2
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the date of its issuance.
