Abrogating

Cabinet Decision No. 30/2008 dated 06/07/2008.

The Cabinet,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution;

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 30/2008 on the Formation of the Judicial Coordination Council;

And based upon the proposal of the Minister of Justice and the approval of the Cabinet,

Has decided:

Article 1

Cabinet Decision No. 30/2008 on the Formation of the Judicial Coordination Council shall be abrogated.

The present decision shall come into force as of the date of issuance thereof and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
