Cabinet Decision No. 13/2009 Approving the General Standards Manual for Group Labour Accommodation and Related Services
Amended by virtue of Cabinet Decision No 24/2010 dated 11/08/2010
The Cabinet,
-After perusal of the Constitution; and
-Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amending laws; and
-Federal Law No. 8/1980, on the Regulation of labour Relations and its amending Laws; and
-The decision of the Ministerial Council for services No (4/214) of 2008; and
-Based upon the proposal of the Minister of Labour and the approval of the Cabinet,
Has issued the following Decision:
Article 1
The General Standards Manual for Group Labour Accommodation and Related Services, attached hereto, shall be approved and applied to group labour accommodations with five hundred workers or more.
Article 2
The authorities concerned with granting group labour accommodation licenses shall not grant licenses for this type of accommodation as of 1/09/2009, except in accordance with this Decision.
