The Cabinet,
Upon review of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the competencies of ministries and ministers’ powers, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 26/2019 regarding public finance, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 11/2023 regarding procurement in the Federal Government; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, and the approval of the Cabinet
Resolved as follows:
Article 1 - DEFINITIONS
The definitions set out in Federal Law No. 11/2023 referred to above, shall apply to this Decision. In addition, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings shown next to them, unless the context requires otherwise:
Law: Federal Law No. 11/2023 on procurement in the Federal Government.
Concerned Federal Entity: The Federal Entity subject to the provisions of the Federal Law No. 11/2023.
