The Cabinet,
After perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 26/2019 on the Public Finance, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 11/2023 on Procurement in the Federal Government;
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, and the approval of the Cabinet;
Has decided the following:
Article 1 - Definitions
The definitions contained in aforementioned Federal Law No. 11/2023 shall apply to this Decision. Otherwise, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned against each, unless the context requires otherwise:
Law: Federal Law No. 11/2023 on Procurement in the Federal Government.
Federal Entity: Federal entity subject to the provisions of the Law.
Chairman of the Federal Entity: The Minister, Head of the entity, Chairman of the Board of Directors, or the like, as the case may be.
Working Day: Official working day in the State.
