Cabinet Decision No. 11/2025 On the Fees for Services Provided by the Ministry of Justice to Regulate the Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Professions
The Council of Ministers,
After perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 34/2022 on the Regulation of Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Professions;
Cabinet Decision No. 8/2025 on the Implementing Regulation of Federal Decree-Law No. 34/2022 on the Regulation of Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Professions; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, and the approval of the Council of Ministers,
Has decided the following:
Article 1 - Definitions
In application of the provisions of this Decision, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned thereto, unless the context requires otherwise:
Ministry: The Ministry of Justice.
Decree-Law: Federal Decree-Law No. 34/2022 on the Regulation of Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Professions.
