Cabinet Decision No. 11/1993 On the Implementing Regulation of the Federal Law No. 44/1992 on the Regulation and Protection of Industrial Property of Patents, Designs and Industrial Patterns

The Cabinet,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Provisional Constitution; and

Federal Law No. 1/1972 regarding the Jurisdictions of the Ministries and the Competences of the Ministers, and the amending laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 5/1976 regarding the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry; and

Federal Law No. 1/1979 regarding the Regulation of the Industrial Affairs; and

Federal Law No. 4/1979 regarding the Repression of Fraud and Swindling in Commercial Transactions; and

Federal Law No. 8/1984 regarding the Commercial Companies, and the amending laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 44/1992 regarding the Regulation and Protection of the Industrial Property for Patents, Designs and Industrial Patterns*^[2]; and

Cabinet Decision No. 15/1991 regarding the Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Finance and Industry; and

Acting upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance and Industry, and the consent of the Cabinet,

Has decided:

Title 1 - Definitions and General Provisions

The Federal Law no. 44 of 1992 dated 12/10/1992 on the Regulation and Protection of the Industrial Property for Patents, Designs and Industrial Patterns was explicitly abrogated by virtue of the Law no. 17 of 2002 dated 19/11/2002, published directly prior to the present Decision. However, we deemed it appropriate not to cancel the present Implementing Regulation until the issuance of that of the new Law no. 17 of 2002.
