Cabinet Decision No. 119/2024 Regarding Approving the Integrated Customs Tariff Nomenclature According to the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System of the GCC States (2022) and its Updates
The Cabinet:
Having reviewed the Constitution;
Federal Decree-Law No. 14/2021 Establishing the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP);
Federal Decree No. 55/2002 Concerning the Economic Agreement Among the GCC States;
Federal Decree No. 15/2022 Ratifying the Unified Customs Law for the GCC Countries, and its Executive Regulation;
Cabinet Decision No. 17/2022 Approving the Unified Commodity Description and Coding Nomenclature of the GCC States According to the 2022 Harmonized System, and its Updates;
Based on the proposal of the ICP Chairman; and the approval of the Cabinet;
Has resolved as follows:
Article 1
The Integrated Customs Tariff Nomenclature According to the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System of the GCC States (2022) and its Updates, attached hereto, shall be approved.
