Cabinet Decision No. 115/2022 On Determining the Fees for Process Serving Through Private Companies or Establishments

The Council of Ministers,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the competencies of the Ministries and powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 11/1992 Promulgating the Civil Procedure Law, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 13/2016 on judicial fees before Federal courts;

Cabinet Decision No. 57/2018 on the Implementing Regulation of Federal Law No. 11/1992 on the Civil Procedure Law and its amendments; and

Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, and its approval by the Council of

Ministers,

Has decided:

Article 1 - Service Fees

In return for process serving services, related to the Ministry of Justice, that are provided by private companies or establishments, the following fees shall be collected:

  • 1- AED (70) seventy for each process serving executed by movement.

  • 2- AED (30) thirty for each process serving made by any means of modern technology.
