Cabinet Decision No. 114/2021 On the Abrogation of Cabinet Decision No. 37/2021 on the Fees of Healthcare Services Provide at the Health Facilities Reporting to the Emirates Health Services
The Cabinet,
After perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Decree-Law No. 26/2019 on the Public Finance;
Cabinet Decision No. 37/2021 on the fees of the healthcare services provided at the health facilities reporting to the Emirates Health Services; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and approval of the Cabinet;
Has decided:
Article 1
1- Cabinet Decision No. 37/2021 on the fees of the healthcare services provided at the health facilities reporting to the Emirates Health Services, shall be abrogated.
2- The decisions regulating the fees of the healthcare services which were applicable before issuance of aforementioned Cabinet Decision No. 37/2021, shall remain applicable.
Article 2
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the 24th of October 2021.
