Cabinet Decision No. 103/2025 On the Fees for Services Provided by the Ministry of Sports
The Council of Ministers,
After perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 26/2019 on Public Finance, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 4/2023 on Sports;
Cabinet Decision No. 46/2024 on the Implementing Regulation of Federal Law No. 4/2023 on Sports; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, and the approval of the Council of Ministers thereon,
Has decided the following:
Article 1 - Definitions
In application of the provisions of this Decision, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned against each, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: The State of the United Arab Emirates.
Ministry: The Ministry of Sports.
Minister: The Minister of Sports.
