The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority,
After perusal of Federal Decree-Law No. 3/2003 on the Regulation of the Telecommunications Sector and its Implementing Regulation, and their amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 32/2021 on Commercial Companies;
Cabinet Decision No. 55/2021 On the Determination of the List of Activities with a Strategic Impact;
Administrative Decision No. 6/2008 Regarding the Regulatory Framework for Licensing;
And Administrative Decision No. 7/2008 Regarding Licensing Regulation;
And based on the proposal of the Director-General of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, and the approval of the Authority’s Board of Directors in its meeting held on 9 March 2023;
Has decided the following:
Article 1
The licences related to the Telecommunications Sector shall be regulated, issued and revoked in accordance with the legal provisions set out in the document attached hereto.
