Federal Decree-Law No. 32/2022 on the Federal Judicial Authority, and its amendments, and Federal Decree-Law No. 40/2023 on Mediation and Conciliation in Civil and Commercial Disputes;

Federal Administrative Decision No. 18/2025 on the Regulation governing the Operation of Mediation and Conciliation Centres;

Federal Administrative Decision No. 19/2025 on the Committee for the Admission of Mediators and Conciliators, and Federal Administrative Decision No. 91/2025 on the Code of Conduct for Mediators and Conciliators;

Based on the proposal of the Chairman of the Department of Judicial Inspection, and the proposal of the Secretary-General of the Federal Judicial Council, and the approval of the Federal Judicial Council,
