The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority,

After perusal of Federal Decree-Law No. 3/2003 on the Regulation of the Telecommunications Sector and its Implementing Regulation, and their amendment;

Administrative Decision No. 11/2020 on the approval of the policy of the national plan and the policy of the fees for the allocation and use of number resources;

Administrative Decision No. 50/2020 on the approval of the update of the regulatory policy related to the National Plan for Numbers; and

Based on the proposal of the Director-General of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, and the approval thereof by the Board of Directors of the Authority in its meeting held on 22 February 2022;

Has decided the following:
