Federal Administrative Decision No. 55/2023 Approving the Specifications of the Form of the Emirates Trust Mark for Approved Trust Services
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority,
After perusal of Federal Decree-Law No. 3/2003 on the Regulation of the Telecommunications Sector and its Implementing Regulation, and their amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 46/2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services, and its Implementing Regulation; and
Based on the proposal of the Director-General of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, the approval of the Authority’s Board of Directors in its meeting held on 18 December 2023 and the consent memorandum submitted thereto by the Authority’s administration,
Hereby decides the following:
Article 1
The Specifications for the Form of the Emirates Trust Mark for Approved Trust Services annexed to this Decision shall be approved by virtue of this Decision.
Article 2
The Authority’s administration shall take all necessary measures and procedures for the protection of the Emirates Trust Mark, including its registration at the competent authorities in the State, in order to prevent any illegitimate use thereof.
