Federal Administrative Decision No. 51/2023 On the Approval of the Technical Controls and Standards Applicable to the Providers of Trust Services and the Services Provided Thereby
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority,
After perusal of Federal Decree-Law No. 3/2003 on the regulation of the Telecommunications Sector, and its Implementing Regulation, and their amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 46/2021 on electronic transactions and trust services, and its Implementing Regulation; and
Based on the proposal of the Director-General of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority and the approval of the Board of Directors thereon during its meeting held on 18 December 2023, and the approval memorandum submitted by the administration of the Authority,
Hereby decides as follows:
Article 1
The “Technical Controls and Standards Applicable to the Providers of Trust Services and the Services Provided Thereby” shall be approved by virtue of the present Decision.
Article 2
This Decision shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
