Federal Administrative Decision No. 50/2015 On the Adoption of UAE Standards Related to Paints and Varnishes

The Chairman of Board of Directors,

- After perusal of Federal Law No. 28/2001 concerning the establishment of Emirates Standardisation and Metrology Authority (ESMA), and its amendments; and

- Based on the decision of the Board of Directors at its meeting No. (2) of 2015, dated July 9, 2015 on the adoption of a set of UAE standards,

Has decided as follows:

Article 1

The UAE Standards which titles and numbers are set out in list attached hereto and relating to paints and varnishes shall be adopted.

Article 2

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette along with the list of standards referred to in Article One of this Decision and shall come into force as of the day following the date of its publication.
